AAS Home Buyers itself does not act as a real estate brokerage, listing broker, buyer's broker, or fiduciary real estate representative.
When brokerage representation is appropriate, clients may be introduced to independently licensed real estate professionals through the AAS Representation Partner Program.
Any brokerage representation or brokerage services are provided by the independently licensed real estate professional and their affiliated brokerage, not by AAS Home Buyers.
5. Representation Partner Program
The AAS Representation Partner Program is designed to help clients identify and connect with independently licensed real estate professionals who may be appropriate for their objectives, property, market, and circumstances.
AAS may use proprietary evaluation processes and professional judgment when considering potential Representation Placements.
Participation in the program, an introduction, or a recommendation does not constitute a guarantee of any professional's future performance or of any particular transaction outcome.
Real estate professionals participating in a Representation Placement remain independently responsible for their own professional services, licensing obligations, brokerage supervision, advice, representations, conduct, and compliance with applicable law.
Clients should independently review and understand any brokerage, listing, buyer representation, agency, commission, or other agreement before signing it.
AAS is not a party to brokerage agreements between a client and an independently licensed real estate professional or brokerage unless expressly identified as a party in a separate written agreement.
